Shipping & Delivery

To the best of our abilities, orders placed before 10:00 A.M. on a business day will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 A.M. will be shipped the following business day.

The estimated delivery time for standard delivery within Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates is 2 to 3 business days, and 4 to 7 business days for international shipping to Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and Qatar.

You are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and billing information at the time of purchase. All orders will be shipped to the address listed on the confirmation page at checkout. If the shipping or billing information is incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@optimumhealthstores.com to avoid issues or delays.

Currently, our store serves customers in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman. Customers in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates are served domestically, while the rest of the GCC countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and Qatar) are served via international shipping. Customers are responsible for shipping costs as well as any duties, fees, or taxes incurred during international shipping.

All orders shipped to destinations outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary governmental permissions or documentation for import approval and to verify and pay all import charges, including duties, fees, and taxes.

Once an order has shipped and a tracking number has been generated, it will be sent to the email address associated with the order.

If your order is damaged, please contact us within one (1) business day of receipt so that we can report it to the carrier for a damage claim. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved.

If you suspect your package is lost or stolen, please contact us so we can work to resolve the issue. Please also double-check the surrounding area where it could have been delivered and with your neighbors. Lost packages must be reported within three (3) business days to be eligible for a refund.

International shipping rates cover shipping costs only. You are responsible for any import duties, fees, or taxes incurred during delivery.

Delivery delays may occur if a package is randomly selected by the destination country’s customs department or agency for inspection. We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of an order into any country. We do not profit from these charges and work closely with carriers and shipping companies to try to avoid delays.

Due to the complexities of international shipping, we are not responsible if a package is detained or refused by a country’s customs agency for any reason, and the customer is not entitled to any refund for the order.
