1. Is Unopened and in Original Condition: The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as when it was delivered. This ensures that the product has not been tampered with and can be resold safely.
2. Was Delivered Damaged: If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must report the issue within 3 days of receipt. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage and retain all original packaging for return.
3. Was Incorrectly Shipped: If you received the wrong product, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. The product must remain unopened and in its original packaging.
4. Is Within the Return Period: The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product. This timeframe allows for the return and inspection process while maintaining product integrity.
5. Was received with an Expired Date: If a customer receives a product with an expired date, they are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receipt to report the issue and initiate the refund process.
6. Was Purchased During a Promotion: Products purchased during special promotions or sales are subject to the same return conditions unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.
7. Has Been Approved for Return: All returns must be authorized by our customer service team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or may result in delays in processing.

3. Packing and Shipping: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.
– If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
– For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
– Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
– You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
– If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.
